  • Massages can range from 10-20 minutes, thou the most popular option is 15 minute slots. With time for turnaround and hygiene this works at about 13 minutes hands on massage

  • A massage chair does not require much space, approximately 2 meters/2 meters is ample.

  • Having seated massage in a separate room/space can be beneficial as far as creating a relaxing ambience. However we do regularly set up in a communal work space area, and there are never any issues.

  • No, seated massage is performed fully clothed, either thru clothes, or a piece of material provided by the therapist. This makes it very practical for the work place or event.

  • All therapists are qualified and hold public liability and professional liability insurance.

  • The massage chair is wiped down with antibacterial between every client, and we use a disposable paper pace cover

  • We would recommend booking at least one week in advance. Your welcome to try and book at short notice (even the day before), and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

  • Every workplace is different, but as a general rule the uptake of massage is around 70%. So if you have an office of 50 people, you might expect 35 will like/have time for a 15 minute, so this would be about 9 hours in total. This is a rough guide, and it is a good idea to ask around the workplace in advance to gage the interest.

  • Speaking with various HR people, the common theme is seated massage is one of the most requested and appreciated reward for team members hard work.

  • Our therapists will arrive with an ergonomic massage chair, disposables, music, and everything required to create a relaxing massage station.

  • Presently we service the Sutherland Shire, Alexandria, Sydney Olympic park, and the Sydney CBD. Other areas may be available upon request. We will also be expanding to service more areas in the near future.

  • We do request that our therapists are provided with parking or re-reimbursed for the cost of parking The reality is for most city jobs, therapists generally use public transport.

  • Our hour are 8AM-6PM Monday to Friday (on Business days). Weekend or after hours bookings are available at a small surcharge.

  • Providing your therapist is available, extension of your pre-booked time is usually possible. Minimum extension is 30 minutes.

  • Our primary focus is on the muscles upper back around the shoulder blades. These tend to get very tight. In our standard seated massage we would also cover the middle and lower back, as well as arms. Head massage is available on request.

  • Yes, we work thru clothes, and usually a piece of material also covering the back. There is no oil used or disrobing required.

  • A contraindication is an injury or medical condition that may require us to modify, and in very rare cases refrain from doing massage. For eg. if there was a strained wrist we could still massage the back, but just avoid the injured area. But an absolute contraindication might be recent surgery that might make massage not appropriate. Generally we can modify the sequence to make it safe and enjoyable.

  • When greeting the client we will ask for areas to focus on, any injuries/contraindications, pressure, and instruct them how to sit in the chair. This takes about 90 seconds. At the end of the massage to make sure client gets off safely, and to sanitise the chair takes about 1 minute.
